He has shown to be talented, versatile, creative, and a proven owner and executive who constantly demonstrates exceptional knowledge with strong experience and sound decision- making abilities in all aspects of business management.

Chad Webster – President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) supports the growth of Renhill, manages the company’s financial risk and forecasts areas of opportunity. In this role, Chad is accountable for the top line revenue and bottom line contribution of Renhill Staffing Services of Texas.

Bryan Klauss – Executive Vice President is responsible for developing effective marketing and communications plans to support internal and external company strategies. Bryan has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. His expertise lies in the branding and representation of Renhill Staffing Service of Texas to attract and retain customers and contract employees for the Commercial and Government sector.

Chad Sthele – Chief of Operations. With over 20 plus years of sales and management experience, Chad is responsible for overseeing the sales and recruiting departments at Renhill Staffing Services of Texas. Chad ensures that the staff has adequate resources and on-going training in order to provide a quality service our client base has come to expect. Prior to joining Renhill Staffing Services of Texas team, Chad worked in the magazine distribution and financial institution services industries in both management and sales capacities.

Randy Mendoza – Vice President of Sales and Marketing. With over 30 years of Senior Management and Executive Sales experience, Randy is directly responsible for the continued sales expansion and development of clients. Prior to joining Renhill Staffing Services of Texas, Randy had served in various Executive Sales and Management capacities in the Foodservice and Food Manufacturing Industries.
