We also know that this can be a difficult task for companies concerned with conducting their business.
 
Once the selection has been made, RSST assumes the responsibility of paying the employee. This will encompass all appropriate tax payments and withholdings, as well as completing and filing all necessary forms for the duration of the temp to hire program. RSST will invoice you on a weekly basis for the hours the employee has worked. The Temp-To-Hire program, in most cases, is the most cost effective and efficient hiring process available to our customers and allows RSST to enjoy one of the highest retention rates (94%) in the city.
 
If at any time during the temporary periods you determine that the employee selected does not, or is not, meeting company standards, or that the employee is not happy with the position, simply notify RSST. We will release or reassign the employee and provide a new candidate immediately that satisfies the position requirements.
 
Once the predetermined Temp-to-Hire program has been satisfied (usually 480-620 hrs), and you have determined the employee has met your standards, you have the prerogative to bring them on your permanent staff. If a little more time is needed to make a decision, you may extend the length of the Temp-to-Hire program until you are confident of your decision. No matter what decision you make, you will have the opportunity to get to know and observe the working skills of the candidate without having made a long-term commitment to them virtually eliminating unemployment claims, workers compensation claims, wrongful discharge, etc.
